Here's my open door policy---there isn't a door I can't get in. Figuratively and literally speaking (five years in Boston real estate and the keys didn't always work, but the show went on nonetheless) I have a strong sales background and marketing ability has kept pace. Inside or outside sales, B2B or B2C---I consider sales a solutions enterprise and myself a problem solver.
I have designed and executed lead generation campaigns using online and direct marketing promotions. Am gaining influence within the realm of Social Media and am probably most interested in bringing the skills surrounding this development to bear in my next project.
I have a strong writing background and can produce persuasive ad copy or interesting, engaging and expository blog content with great speed and clarity. I have experience recruiting, training and managing a sales force of mental kung fu experts. I've rattled the saber and led from the front, I've consulted with ownership on the back-end and shaped policy.
I'm creative and analytical. I find the trend and exploit it. I share knowledge freely. I work well in a team format, riffing and jamming to get the new idea flow up or the better practice/policy discussion under control. Or I can flip the switch, let my outlier shine, get out on the game trail by myself. I've earned sergeant major stripes for entrepreneurial spirit. I bring a whirlwind of positive energy to the table---its infectious and lifting. I'm funny, not all the time, just when I'm not being funny. I punch a clock that makes the North Star blush. I produce results and then I top-produce my own work. If there's a better guy or gal in your midst right now, I will download their mind in short-time, and make it mine---because a real artist never borrows, he always steals good ideas. I look for what chirps and teach it to sing.
